Customer Service
We prioritize customer service! Whether we’re helping customers, communicating with our drivers or working with our partners, our support team is ready and available to provide top-notch service—no matter what time or what the issue may be.
Professional Drivers
Our drivers are dedicated to a high level of customer service and professionalism. It’s our goal to represent your brand with the utmost intentionality, and our drivers are the face of that standard of service.
Quality Equipment
We’ve invested in quality equipment to transport your food safely. Our hot bags are sturdy and well-insulated to make sure food arrives at the same temperature it was when it left the restaurant. With that, we are careful to deliver orders within a certain radius of the restaurant to keep the dishes fresh and warm!
Frequently asked questions
Operations
Does Bite Squad train my staff?
Of course! We'll conduct staff training when we set up your iPad. Don't worry; the equipment is user-friendly, and we leave behind a training manual for reference and for training new hires. If you'd ever like us to return to your location for retraining, or if there are any issues at any time, contact our Customer Support Team.
How does Bite Squad know when to pick up the food?
When you receive a new order, you will be prompted to enter a prep time. We suggest that you overestimate your prep time by about 10 minutes. (Customers don’t typically complain about food being early.)
Will Bite Squad market my business?
Our success depends on yours, so absolutely. Our mission is to bring you new customers. We include new and noteworthy restaurants by market in our bi-weekly newsletter, use targeted social media engagements, list your restaurant in the app, and much more.
We provide you with marketing materials (door stickers, table tents, push cards, etc.), and our media kit (logos, social media posts, etc.) for you to promote yourself on Bite Squad.
We've found that the most successful restaurants actively promote their partnership with Bite Squad to existing and potential customers. No one should ever leave your restaurant without seeing or hearing that you are now on Bite Squad.

Payment Options & Taxes
Direct Deposit
We highly recommend setting up a direct deposit to ensure that all payments are received as quickly as possible. You will be able to receive payments in any dollar amount. You can set this up on your Merchant Panel, click on "Settings" on the left hand-side, and it will bring you to the payment screen.
Note: You can leave the "Store ID" field blank as it is unnecessary.
Standard Check
You may receive your payments via standard check. However, the check processing company only writes checks for payments of $50 or more, so once your balance exceeds $50, you will receive payment. In addition, we charge a $4 check processing fee.Taxes
Please make sure to enter all Bite Squad transactions into your computer system as non-taxable sales. We are responsible for paying the sales tax because we purchase the food from your restaurant and resell it to our customers. You can download our "Resale Certificate" on Merchant Panel.
We also collect any additional food-related taxes, if applicable (dependent on restaurant’s state and location). In Virginia and Mississippi, these taxes are remitted back to the restaurant for filing. In Arkansas, South Carolina, North Dakota, and South Dakota, these taxes are remitted directly to the appropriate taxing authority. If you require documentation from us confirming the collection and remittance of these taxes, please request from [email protected].
